WE ARE GRAPHIC DESIGN
WE ARE GRAPHIC DESIGN. A "sixtych” spin-off of a traditional triptych, is a promotional poster series for the Graphic Design at Eastern Michigan University. Conceptually, I wanted to capture how hands-on EMU is in their graphic design program, —especially their wide range of options for production. As a designer, I gravitate towards physical and print elements, such as ink. This was the driving force of the decision to do a collage of different ink inspired elements, some elements from our physical classroom, paired with a strong simple typographic statement.
